Submitted by 1sweed on Sat, 11/23/2013 - 22:54As some of you might know I am trying to improve my over-all well being, by trying to lose some weight and lower my bad LDL levels in my bloodwork. So far I have managed to stop the constant cravings for sugary products and also stop cravings for other no no's by eating a higher protein diet.
I start my mornings with a small bowl of oatmeal with fruit and coffee with stevi instead of sugar.
For lunch I eat healthy sandwich or salad, with glass of water or unsweetned juice.
