Day 14

The weather of late has been beautiful and I have been using my photography talents to create beautiful photo's of wildlife for note cards and maybe a few teeshirts & mugs.

Baby fawns are so cute and funny. They come in my backyard to eat fallen apples and romp and play silly games like young children. I enjoy the wild creatures.

I spoke with my friends and got the misunderstanding straightened up and forgiven. Life is too short to hold grudges. I was confused and hurt, but life and time drifts on and we must let go of somethings that only cause pain to us but in the bigger picture do not matter so much.

Life has been upbeat lately because it is berry picking time. First was wild & tame blueberries, and now it is blackberry season. I love picking blackberries along the edges of the woods and in open fields where the land is mostly smooth. I like making cobblers out of the wild berries. Which is your favorite pie or cobblers? I love both, but cobblers are easy to make.

My legs have been aching like tooth aches the last few days. I made the mistake of sitting to still for too long, as well as, walking on an uneven forest trail. Flat land and short distances make my life easier.

Soon fall will be here with all it's color changing glory and leaves of many colors that we wade through and rake into big piles, to burn or for children to jump in. The pumpkins will be ripe, with corn on the cob and apple cider and halloween jack-o'lanterns lit up on people's porches and children in costumes knocking on our doors, while we nibble on candy we can ill afford those extra pounds. lol

Brings back memories of younger days when our bodies still moved in quick and fun ways, without everything hurting so bad. Now we are more active in our dreams then in live person moments.
But life must go on..........!
