Yes same , I have very little choice in nice gf bickies I like.
Ah, gf bickies, that might work for me too!
It’s dang scary eating, got to concentrate so hard , chew into pulp and swallow with water. It’s helping.
What happens if you don't? I'm not scared of my blocks. I try to massage it down, if that doesn't work inside of 15 mins. I use my fingers and start over, no problem.
The night reflux is a rotter too, if I have a good night and get to sleep, you get woken up with reflux coming out your nose, it’s totally disgusting
Hmm, never had that. For me the acid fire
in my throat is the difficulty, esp. now I know it'd increase my Schatzki ring. Luckily I've got it fully under control - elimination tons of foods.
You did it awake, cricky that’s nuts.
I used to do without most anaesthesia too. Got a bit whimsy now, cos I know pushing thru is harming.
Naked,
don’t they put a gown on you? I had a gown first time.
Gown?
I now wear 5 pairs of socks and long john's most of the year, even before Raynaud's my feet always needed to be warm. A gown is for me naked. Last time I spoke with my doc beforehand and we sorted out a strategy with an additional thick duvet and keeping on my long johns etc.
Yes oat based bread would be nice
. I do miss a good Vegemite, lettuce and cheese sandwich
Auriel, Auriel, Auriel, don't get fogged over by "those Aussies"
, Vegemite is MARMITE!
Really! Well, not quite, it's got a bit different veggies in it. But both no cow.
I've always wanted to try it, we've actually got an Aussie shop in our town. And I love marmite! But with MCAS yeast being fermented is a problem, and the salt also, I think something else. And I used to use similar yeast products, milder, not so salty. Or are you saying you don't have marmite in Wales? Look at the bottles, almost the same, the name vegemite is actually pinched from marmite.
And it's originally actually invented by .... a very important German scientist. But we don't have it here, our main milder sort is called Vitam-R. Lots of variations worldwide, but I think UK marmite may be the most popular....? There's also an Australian version of "Marmite", whilst the UK version is called "Our Mate"!!!! in Australia, as well as "NZ-mite" in NZ....
