They're solid pressed tablets, and they are pretty gigantic, so maybe! Honestly, I'm just as sceptical as you of what's in everything - if there's one thing you can trust humanity to do, it's to cut corners for cash!

I so admire the diligent approach you're taking - it's inspired me a lot to examine things more strategically. May the DIY science continue!
8-) . After a surprisingly badly insomniac Wednesday night praps mainly due to playing table tennis 7-8pm, I spontaneously swapped the 2x45 magnesium malate for 1x50mg magnesium bisglycinate (= 500mg capsules) last night. I take capsules not pills and didn't want to overdo it by taking your full dose. But it did nothing for my sleep yet... Another long night, which I used for about 2h of autogenic training as sleep substitute (like a Zen monk 🧘‍♂️), 2h getting used to a new sleep position (sleeping on my back with small cushions under my hunchback), 2h "fibro work".. - real sleep only from 5 to 9. Had an IBSD reaction during the day, but not sure if it was the Mg or what I'll do this evening, probably something impatient like a big dose plus psyllium to limit the IBSD. I'm surprised at myself that I didn't add anything during last night! 🤠
