How do you not overdo it when you feel better?

I think I will have her do that once a week and suggest she find some healthy recipes that "she" would like to try since she is picky. I'm reading a book titled "Clean Eats". It has a variety of wonderfully sounding recipes. I'll google curry and risotto to find some of those recipes since I have never cooked risotto either...LOL....And, I'll look on Youtube as well...Thank you for the inspiration! I'm sure others on this thread appreciate the suggestions as well.... :-)
 
I guess we all do the same feel good and go mad because we don't no when we will feel that good again ,
But I try to do the same things everyday so the house don't get out of control .i watch my iPad or TV when doing the ironing , if I jo it's going to be nice the next day il hang the washing up in the night so I don't have to do it in the morning when I feel stiff.
As for cleaning cubroads and crap jobs like that, I do one a week .i sit down with a cuppa every hour or so for 20 mins then get up and do some more
