Has anyone else been diagnosed with PTSD?

I was diagnosed with PTSD a few months ago when I started seeing a Psychiatrist. He also was the one who realized a few weeks ago, that all of the symptoms I have been describing, point to Fybromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have also been diagnosed with ADHD and have had hyperhydrosis since birth. My Dr. thinks it all comes from an overactive nervous system, which makes sense, as i'm also an HSP. I have done some research, and found that there seems to be a connection between it all.
