Can’t stay awake..

Hi, like most I struggle with the fatigue, brain fog and aches and pains. Sleep has been another issue with some nights feeling like I’ve hardly slept and probably because I haven’t.
I have mentioned this before and what helps me with the burning pain is C60 bio fullerene, it took 2 weeks before I noticed a difference and I don’t seem to get much of the burning pain now. How it works I don’t know but it is. I still have plenty of stiffness and aches and pains but definitely eases the burning pain.
I recently saw a comment from someone about getting a good sleep and he suggested glycine 1-3g, inositol again 1-3g and magnesium glycinate100-400mg.
The glycine is taken 1hr before bed, inositol 45min before bed and magnesium 30min before bed.
I started slowly not knowing the effects, using 1g of glycine and inositol with 150mg magnesium, I can say I feel like I noticed a difference as felt my sleep was a bit more relaxed but still not long enough, I’ve just doubled the dose and feel like it helps and contemplating going the full dose he recommended.
I also have vitamin C and cayenne pepper which is definitely helping with my flu like symptoms, prior to cayenne pepper I was getting regular coughs that I would struggle to get rid of.
But like everyone it’s still there, but I find these things are helping.
I also find people don’t understand how I feel and that each day is still a struggle.
Would love to know if anyone else has tried C60 and their experience. Merry Christmas all.

Hi @Nifty2024👋🏻, I've never heard of C60 before? (The burning pain is definitely the worst part of my fibro) Is it available uk? @Ian waxman, hi, didn't know energy tablets were a thing? (I knew energy drinks were, they made my fibro pain worse) I've heard of caffeine tablets (I was taking them when I was 11 hour shifts before) are they in health food stores or pharmacies or something? (Ps the sleeping standing up made me giggle) anyway I hope we all have a good new year (and something really good happens for us)
🍀🥂 🍻

Tesco sell em.yeh they’re good for night shift workers.i use them when i just can’t keep awake.not sure if i should with the meds but i just can’t stand being zonked out all day

CFS is definitely the worst for me too besides chronic pain. I’m the same with falling asleep all day. When I have to get stuff done I take 200mg caffeine pills (online or health stores). But I know that’s not good all the time. I also have sleep apnea & just saw my neurologist & because I’m still so tired all day, he thinks I may have a secondary type of sleep apnea like a form of narcolepsy. So I’m going for a sleep test that will be a full 24 hrs soon. Apparently this type of sleep apnea is treated a little different. Also, modafinil 200mg has worked wonders for my energy & focus levels if you can get a doc to prescribe or buy BM. Also stay away from over doing the sugar, too much sugar will make me curl up on the couch for days in pain.
