Anyone else go through hell changing the beds .putting on a duvet is a nightmare omg my shoulders lol

Hehe, yep, quite a challenge. My shoulders are OK, but my arms exhaust quickly. Where I can, I lean them on something. To turn the mattresses I've learnt tricks of quickly throwing them around and over. When I forget the knack or my wife tries to help, it's worse, have to take breaks.

It seems that I end up taking a lot of breaks anymore. It did not seem so long ago that I could get my lawn mowed and my entire house cleaned in one day. Those days are gone but I am grateful that taking breaks allows me the ability to keep moving. My left arm and shoulder are always complaining so I have to alter the way I move them.

Taking breaks is the manner I have found allows me to get everything done that I need to do. Everything takes longer, sometimes many times longer, or I don't get it done in one day, but eventually I get it done.
