we can use this kind exchange as a kind of ambassadors to British/American relations! ( cos .looking at the politics in both our countries atm that'll help lighten things up). But touch wood... We have finally got some sun and temps gone up a few degrees. So always means in UK we will soon see a hosepipe ban
But both sun and water can make us feel so good both mentally and physically. Warm water surrounding is in a weightless manner, and Sun just simply warming our bodies, so we no longer hunch against the cold, - providing heat isn't a pain inducing effect as it is on some people.
I never underestimate how sun can make us happier, such a welcome lift .
