Does any of this sound familiar?

Hi there - I'm new and am really glad that y'all are out there to be helpful and supportive to those of us who are figuring stuff like this out. I have never been diagnosed with Fibro, but some people have mentioned it to me lately, and a few things have really started to sound familiar, so I...

    Napping more in the Fall

Maybe it's just me, but the Fall weather has started to turn me into a zombie. I'm waking up exhausted, can't go back to sleep, and so I'm irritable an sleepy all morning. I finally have been able to get to bed in the early afternoon for half an hour or so and then I feel much better. Not...

Does a water bed help you?

Does anyone own a water bed? Does it help to reduce pain? I've slept on them in the past and I loved them. It's just nearly impossible to find a water bed dealer in my area.

    Knee pain

Does anyone else have really terrible knee pain around this time of the year? Mine flares up when the temperature drops in late September/early October. It is nearly unbearable and causes me to avoid exercise. What are your coping strategies for knee pain?
