New to group with many questions.

Hi, my name is Dee. I was actually diagnosed some years back but have not really had many issues. No meds or anything. Mid December I was laying in bed going to sleep when two things happened. The ringing I've always had in my ears got three times louder and I started feeling a vibration in my chest/core. Still going on and I've had vibrations all the way up to my mouth. Four days ago I started having pins and needles mainly in hands and feet but as of today all over. Went to clinic and they believe (did labs) I have hypoglycemia. Anyone else ever experience all these, including hypoglycemia, during a flair?
