Headache questions

I have a headache that I have been fighting for 4 days. I thought it might be a migraine but my normal migraine medicine isn't touching it at all. Does anyone have this issue with their fibro or is it something I should see my doctor for again.
Any ideas anyone, thanks for the help in advance.

Well, I ended up going to the ED and they gave me some pretty strong pain meds to get rid of the head ache, it took all, but i am feeling better.

My main first symptom of fibro was headache. You should still see a Dr for this if it doesn't go away. Nothing took mine away until I reduced my stress.
