    4th day on Cymbalta and I need advice

    I've been on a low dose of gabapentin for a while now and that has helped keep the pain manageable, so it was mostly fatigue and weakness that was affecting my functionality. I started 30mg Cymbalta 4 days ago: Holy side effects! More pain in new places(at least twice as much as before)...
