    Need Tips on Solving Insomnia

    I been up all night again. Couldn't sleep til 11am in the morning... despite being very tired. 36hrs away with 3hrs of sleep, it's gonna be another wasted day. Does anyone have any tips on helping me fix this. My mind just keeps on racing and can't stop thinking of random things.
