Have You Heard people Make Fun of Fibro?

I have! I have heard people joke that it was just an excuse to get out of work or to be lazy. I think it's because there is no definitive test to determine the nature of the disease. It can be a cold, cruel world out there. A boss at my last job, was a total jerk. It was a factory job and he...

    Does Anyone Else Crave Ice?

I can't get enough chipped ice. It's better than candy and more satisfying than any other beverage I could drink. As much as I love it, I am sort of afraid I might chip or break my teeth chomping on the stuff! Does anyone else chew on ice?:?:

    Gluten Free?

Has anyone tried a gluten free diet? Since gluten is known to cause inflammation in more people than once thought, I tried cutting out gluten a few yrs ago. I did feel better but didn't stick with it. I started gluten free again a week ago and so far I don't really notice a difference in how I...

    Hi! I am new! :) <3

Hi! I wanted to join your site as I have had Fibromyalgia since 1999. I was a Registered Nurse for 20 yrs & had to quit after the birth of my son 10 yrs ago. I loved my job I didn't want to but was physically suffering too much to take care of others & work 12 hr shifts. I spend a lot of time...
