Fibromyalgia Diets
Managing a proper diet is not only good for your health, but it's also been shown to be good for your mind, immune system, and overall mental well being.
When dealing with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, or other autoimmune or disease, having and sticking to a proper diet can be the difference between having a stronger overall body and life versus continuing to suffer.
Fibromyalgia has been shown to benefit from regular exercise and a strong healthy diet. While some of us enjoy being vegetarian or vegan-based, others struggle with such diets and prefer more of the meat and potatoes.
