Glendale Fibromyalgia Support Group

We're located in the church in rooms 7/8 (Enter through classroom 5 on west parking lot).

Our mission is to support and educate people with FMS. We have speakers at some meetings, with time allowed for informal discussion.

We aim to maintain both a positive attitude and a determination to lead a full life.

Note: It is suggested that you bring a cushion or even a comfortable portable chair, as we sit on metal folding chairs.

Fibromyalgia Support - Ottawa West

Ottawa West was for many years the only "just support" group for people with FM in the Ottawa area.  When we started this support group in Kanata in the spring of 1995, we decided the focus would be on educating ourselves and others, and learning to live the best life that we can with FM, until a cure is found.

The church is accessible. It is located on the east side of Pinecrest, just north of the Queensway/417, and has free parking.
