The first aim of the Fibromyalgia Support Network is to provide support networks and education for people diagnosed with the condition of Fibromyalgia.

I suffered from CFS for over 15 years. I finally found the missing link to healing my body and now teach others to do the same.  I am a holistic practitioner helping people with chronic pain, illness, depression, anxiety etc. Our support group offers support, compassion, camaraderie and help to local individuals affected by Fibromyalgia, CFS and chronic pain related syndromes. A support group for those with Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and their loved ones, from Fibromyalgia Coalition International.

Self-care is critical to recovering from fibro.  One key aspect to self-care is having a support network.  Come be apart of getting support and giving support to others in the trenches.

The meetings will usually be a combination of focus on one topic relating to ADHD in adults and peer support.

Confidentiality is important; anything said during the meeting stays between members.
