Yet again cannot sleep

That’s such a good suggestion. I will certainly try to do that. Sometimes I just tend to spill everything out.

Do you mean just make paragraph breaks or write several different responses? Whatever helps, I’ll do it.

If you tell me how, I’ll go back and make changes on the posts I’ve already written.😊

I mean, make paragraph breaks. It doesn't matter how long a post is. It just matters that it not be one big block of text. You might take a look at some of my posts, some of which are quite long....I will write several sentences, and then create a new paragraph. This is so much easier for people to read. No need to separate every sentence or line, just make paragraphs.
Thanks very much!

@bbbarnard

Yes, I second @sunkacola s comments. I took one glance and went "Ohhhh !!!! That will take a few goes!! "

My brain tires rapidly when confronted by "a wall of text". If you press the enter key twice, it give a nice gap. It took a few goes t get it myself, because I didn't know if doing that would actually post the reply.

Also, by putting the @ symbol in front of a persons name, it will alert them about your post. You can see I've done that above with your name.

Take care, look forward to reading more from you (once I get myself organised hahahaha).

Hey y'all,
I too suffer from sleep deprivation. The other night I was in so much pain and being attacked from multiple sides by raging thoughts. I had just gone to Urgent Care for the pain two days before and gotten an IV of toradol (sp?) On sunday night, I didn't sleep at all. I had to leave work to go to urgent care. Not the easiest thing to do when you have to get someone to cover your classes for the rest of the day. I then ended up in the ER on Monday and Wednesday, but that's another long story. Long story short, I haven't slept in like five nights, Sunday was the worst, with no sleep at all. I think I pushed too hard trying to go to work on no sleep, but I went anyway. That led to the first ER visit, by ambulance no less. This all led up today when I experienced a very vidid, torturous dream after falling asleep (not in class, thankfully.) I woke up sweaty, breathing hard, with an elevated heart rate and BP. They called 911 again for the second time this week. The medics are getting to know me by name. NO sleep = bad! I need to learn that and stay home next time!
