Unbeautiful Site

I don't wish to be disrespectful, esp on this site which is so helpful, but I do not find this a very attractive site. Not saying it has to be but if it were nicer looking, more restful or even more colorul and encouraging to look at, I would like it better. I don't dig the grey or the orange/red with it. Not exactly sure why it makes me so restive. Sorry.:sad:

Now I like the simplicity... no fuzzy flashy thing and dark text on a light background.. perfect.

I agree; I don't need flash either but something not quite so dreary. This is not dreadful of course but could it be prettier?
