You have a voice and yes HE hears you. Can you find a pastor, a teacher, ? GOD loves you. Sometimes that's hard to beleave, you don't have to work for his Love, He Loves you.
Hope you don't mind me typeing you this. I usually don't jump right in there and talk about God's love right away, but in this occasion, it's different.
