bout time i put in an appearance, its been so long since I had something that didn't hurt - my lovely doctor upped my meds. I over did it at the weekend so i got work related muscle aches, i don't mind that too much. but for once my legs are actually pretty good today- i cant believe it coz its hot humid and raining! amazing !

My arms and midsection are wot don't hurt today. My legs are really sore though. They definitely hurt more than usual. I'm considering self-medicating and taking it easy for the next few hours. My neck is also wot hurts. I guess I am on the CPU too much and not sleeping with the best pillow. Ah, pain.

I'm thinking...my hands both feel pretty good today!
Up all night with a new pain in my inner thigh. Yesterday it was in my outer thigh, down my leg. Jeesh!
