@sunkacola a book that is printed on actual paper! Whilst I appreciate the usefulness of e-books I am devoted to 'proper books'. When the UK went into lockdown during Covid I asked if I could move into our local library for the duration - with a coffee machine of course.
Avoid social media completely. i have a slight distrust of such things. And yep, only got a smart phone about 2 years ago - and only because a family member was upgrading to a newer version. Am crap at techy stuff. If anything goes wrong with it, I wait for a passing child to fix it for me.. But I do use the ipad thing a lot - also recommended by a younger person who said it would be o k for us as its virtually idiot proof.

@BlueBells and @Rainbow I know I do use technology because its useful, but I dont want to be over stressed by any thing too complicated. I try to use it rather than it almost using me!
