Just wanted to say thank you for introducing me to Qigong. I've been doing it daily for about a week and it really makes a difference for me! :) Much more effective for me than yoga I've done in the past. And Jeffrey Chand makes it so easy with his videos. I am starting out with his beginner's routine and will memorize the moves before adding new exercises. I notice the most difference in my mood and my back pain.

@JamieMarc you're welcome my friend, I'm really pleased that you have felt some benefit. I found that it's a gentle exercise that can warm you up nicely. It's a great idea memorising the moves as it takes time to develop subtle muscle memory which you will notice with your balance. Keep up the good work and let's see how you feel 👍
