I have fibromyalgia, sjrogrens, IBS, insomnia im told that its not unusual for a person to have some or all of these.

hi I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis about 9 years ago I Have been under care of G.P. or a pain management specialist for most of that time pain seems to be getting worse and worse the muscle spasms in my back are so awful. I am convinced that what I have is fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome but I'm not under a doctor's care for those conditions right now. so I am researching and finding the best homeopathic Waze to treat myself at home until I can find a doctor who knows how to treat fibromyalgia or you will work with me to treat my fibromyalgia.I guess I just kept thinking that if I went to the doctor I would eventually heal and start feeling better but with this disease I need specific treatments that are going to work on it not just taking care of myself and controlling the pain.just controlling the pain is not addressing the underlying conditions that are causing the pain I got on the web and found that musinex works just as well as lyrica then they don't know why lyrica works so I guess if mucinex works it works I tried it and it worked for me and I'm also using hydrocortisone cream for the support of the adrenals but it works for me cuz I can feel it I wouldn't suggest that to your doctor and get the cortisol pills unless he says you can use the cream but you know I'm not going to my doctor till Monday so I'm doing the best I can do that good luck and be well

anmatogi welcome to the forum... Yes if you read some of the posts, most have some or all of those. get treatment for one at a time.


carjuly, welcome to the forum... there are a few folks here that have knowledge on that. right now im going through a cleansing. it does seem that my pains are, lets say less sharp. Sunday will be one week.s /b about 11-14 days.
