New to diagnosis

I am a nurse and I refused to believe I had fibromyalgia, but the pain kept getting worse and constant and in multiple areas with burning and pain on touch. I'm tired of being in pain, I have no energy and I am depressed as H___. I have a history of addiction to pain pills from years ago and my doctors think I am drug seeking (clean since 1991). I don't know where to turn or what to do. I live in Indiana. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
