moving to willmington nc looking for doctor

Hello everyone I am new to this site but have read a lot about some you aND sure glad to hear about your experience. I am moving to willmington nc heard about Dr Gregory schimizzi .I have had sever fibromyalgia and thyroid with chronic pain. I have good relationship with my Dr now just wondering if anyone thought he was a good doctor you might know some other doctors .it really hard to Leave a that been with for 20 years.I have had this condition for over 10 years and you all know the what it does to your it's like a nevery ending cycle of tired pain thoughts jonjt hands feet every inch of your body throbbing just misable most of the time. Just need help finding a good dr
