Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm an 18 year old dude who was officially diagnosed with fibro at the end of last year but had been misdiagnosed since I was 14. Just graduated HS a few weeks ago and of course now that I'm in summer an awful flare decided to show up. Anyway happy to have found this forum and hope to get to know some of you better through time!

Hello I`m also new to this group ,but unfortunately not to fibro..I`m 44 and was diagnosed with FMS in my late 20s ,after years of pain and frustration.
Am now unable to work and have been awarded disability.Fibro maybe invisible to others ,but to anyone suffering it is only too real.I`m blessed with an understanding supportive family ,and GP..Friends hwever ,don`t quite get why I`m exhausted so often ,and can`t do the things I once enjoyed.
it`s great to find a forum like this ,I hope I`ll make new friends here & be supportive to them as much as I can gain from listening to all your experiences..
