Feeling cold

Try using a heating pad on various parts of your body. Those work well. Always wear wool socks. Your extremities have to be kept warm in order for the core of you to feel warm. Try to wear layers. And get moving to help your blood flow.
 
Hi Sue! I'm afraid I suffer from the same thing... very cold feet and hands! Lately I feel a lot cold in general... must be because I might me lacking some sort of vitamin or nutrient. Or maybe because I've lost some weight. I'm wearing socks at the moment, because my mom says that when your feet get cold, there is nothing you can do to warm up again (not fast enough at least!). So that's why it's so important to keep your feet well protected and covered always :)
