We had snow for 3 days in a row non-stop, I live where we might get 1 or 2 days in a year. On top of this we had some drama the other night.... Our power went out for about an hour right before dinner then it came back so we figured OK reset all power and get cooking. Hubby and I were going around turning on everything when all of a sudden lights were flashing all electric appliances/devices were sizzling/buzzing. Now we are running around turning everything off. Hubby looks out and sees the hydro transformer, which is twenty feet from our house, is on fire. So now we really have no power.
Since having fibro I can't handle stress, I get tremors, so guess what this did to me? Yea I was vibrating like crazy. So, no hydro, no heat,no recliner (mine is a power chair), tremors. Fun....not. Woke up yesterday to a house so cold you could see your breath,aches and pains worse than normal,and feeling like blah. Finally had hydro restored by 7 pm last night.
