I fully understand the difficulty in getting comfortable. I find that it is nearly impossible to be comfortable in bed. If I ever am, I revel in it so much!
But I have found that if I take a THC/CBD tincture when I go to bed it helps me to relax and that makes me much less uncomfortable and it is easier to stay asleep. So anything you can do to get yourself fully relaxed (or as fully as possible) will help. Not a "fix", but it helps.
And those times when my sleep has been so interrupted and uncomfortable that I don't get enough sleep I use as excellent opportunities to practice that radical acceptance we talk about. I have an elderly dog and he gets me up sometimes once or twice (occasionally more) in the night to let him out. I really appreciate his getting me up instead of going in the house but it sure wreaks havoc with my sleep some nights. I love him so very much that I really don't mind.....but I am tired.
