As I age into my 50s, I feel more hopeless.

Lots of hugs for cancersignfibro 🤗 🤗 🤗 🤗 🤗 💛🧡❤️

Thank you 🙏 I hate it when pain breaks thru so hard that you cannot get comfortable. My legs are burning bad! Heavy!

It's awful when you cannot settle, hopefully you'll get at least some rest, wishing you well 👍

It’s fibro a joy,if one thing don’t hurt something else does,Idont remember what a full night sleep is .

@JayCS what are the initial conditions on paragraph three? Thanks 🧞‍♂️💙🧞‍♂️

Hi @Auriel - not sure (e.g. which of the 2 posts): do you mean this sentence?:
"Luckily" I've been trained by pain all my life to pinpoint symptoms and trigger hunt
If so: "back, skin, stomach, gut, nerves and emotions" would be the short version; shall I expand a little?

Can I guess, like in a quiz?!
I'm going to go with: central sensitisation syndrome, autoimmune, and small fibre neuropathy
Took my brain a beat to kick in on the JayCS code, but I might still be wrong!

@Auriel, to pull a short quote, highlight the text you want in the original comment; click on "+ quote" (it will appear next to your selection); and then, in the text box where you're writing, click on the "insert quotes..:" button at the bottom. I hope that helps!

central sensitisation syndrome, autoimmune, and small fibre neuropathy
purrrrr-fect 😸.
These are the 3 most contended hypotheses about the cause of FM, mitochondria/ATP draws 3rd with SFN.
Sorry, didn't wanna be clever-clogs, thought it a bit too off/deep-topic for that post. But always open to "being questioned"...
@Auriel: That's for expert multi-quotes. 1 click quicker for a single quote is mark & click "reply with quote " instead...

Thank you jemlma +jaycs, do you wanna hear the daft thing?, I actually know all of those things when they’re full sentence, but I thought they were new things I hadn’t heard r of when they were initials 😂 ta for the quote teaching thing too 😇

Pretty sensible, seeing as we're all just prodding around in the dark/fog/mud...
Dabbling into supps to increase quality of life and be less "busy" can find a little orientation if their fibro feels more like nerves, autoimmune, inflammatory, energy. But you can easily decide that without knowing the research-ideas behind it.
