Mrs B, everyone on this forum feels your pain. Our hearts go out to you. Over twenty years ago I had the same symptoms that you did. It got to the point where I couldn’t drive, because the pain in my hands was so bad that I couldn’t grip the steering wheel. A friend told me to go see a neurosurgeon. He took a MRI. It showed the disc between C2 and C3 had degenerated and the nerves were being pinched, which was causing the pain in my arms, hands and fingers. I did have surgery and the pain did go away.
