Medical cannabis is very helpful to some people, and not to others. Unfortunately, that seems to be the case with almost everything when it comes to dealing with fibro pain....you have to try things for yourself to find out what works for you.
Cannabis definitely helps me, especially when combined with CBD and/or CBG, but I only use it at night because I don't want to be stoned in the daytime. I don't live with other people, so if something happens I have to have my wits about me. Cannabis is very helpful to me in getting restful sleep, though.
As for where to get it, my understanding is that it is hard to come by in the UK, because it is illegal. (Please correct me if I am wrong, those of you who live there). I live in a state where it's legal medically and recreationally as well, so that makes it easy to get.
Be aware, though, that if you use cannabis it may make your brain fog worse, and it might also add to your fatigue if you use it in the daytime,, so night time use might also be best for you.
