I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Then after more blood tests, the doctor says I test positive for lupus. Waiting to see specialist now. I am so tired and worn out. I am sore all over. My blood pressure is up and down. My husband has to be tired of me being tired. I cant do anything right anymore. I cant focus, my memory is awful. I just feel so awful. I dont know which diagnosis to worry about. I have a full time physical job and to be honest I cant do a very good job at it. I just want to lay down and forget it all. Anyone out there with me?

Yes, I am with you dear, but I have to be honest with you. You deserve honesty. I had a full time manual labor job. Lifting hundreds of pounds. Now i dont know if your job is as hard manual labor as mine was but within 2 weeks of the onset of fibromyalgia "symptons" I was completely unable to do my job. I quote symptons because my fibro hadnt hit full blast yet. Now after having Fibro for over 2 years, the job that I had and loved, I would never be able to do.
So it may get to the point that you can not do your job at all. Like me it will probably make you feel useless. Please do not let it! You are still important and needed.
