    Nausea and dizzy?

    I was washing the dishes yesterday when I suddenly got nauseated, my head started hurting, and I got a bit dizzy. I had to stop doing my dishes and go sit down. I think it was exhaustion, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else had this happen? It did pass and then I was fine after I took a nap.

    Has anyone else been diagnosed with this? I was this morning and am wondering if it really takes 12 weeks to clear? Maybe the 12 weeks would be a blessing as was also told it can become chronic.     What to do?

    I am wondering if anyone has any ideas about my newest dilemma? For two days I have been having abdominal pains off and on well yesterday they were so bad I couldn't move or breath.
