    Painful skin

    Anyone out there have any good it's for painful skin. It's like I have sunburn. It's the one thing I dread over anything else .is that it might go all over one day. Atm it's just my lower back.but I can't bear it to be touched .but if there's anything that would help I'll gladly give it a go .
