    Flare or flu

    Well I feel ill. My skins on fire ,I want to rip my legs off.everything hurt.i just don't no what to do with myself. Sweating one min hit the next. My heads banging. But I get this with a flare as well.mits so hard to tell.

    punched in shoulders

    I have about 10 times a yr like someone punched me in the shoulder, about where flu shots go, thing is I haven't had a flu shot. The reason I ask is, that's not a typical place for diagnosed fibro spot. I even look for a booze and nothing.
