It seems like my toes get awfully cold. I do go barefoot on wood floors a lot. Even when I wear socks though it is still cold to my feet. I've tried slippers and they don't help. I don't have the same problem in my fingers nor my head. I would like some suggestions.
I have had FM/CFS for over 10 years but recently have been experiencing pain from my wrists through my fingers making it difficult to grab things. I am not sure if an orthopedic dr can help or if this is just my fibro advancing into my hands. I have tried heat and anti-inflammation drugs but no...

I'm 22 years old.
I guess looking back on it, I've had signs of this for awhile but it didn't become such a debilitating problem until a few month ago.
