Hi everyone!
I feel like shit today! I'm about to lose my job and I feel so useless. I can't even get a diagnostic on CFS/Fibro...
I've seen like 10 doctors in 3 weeks and nobody wants to help...I'm too young to be hurting is what they usually say.
I'm honestly thinking about death a lot.

Hello everyone,
I'm new here but not new to Fibro. I was only recently diagnosed with Fibro in February, but have been suffering with it for over 12 years (it began at about 15 yrs of age). I have also been diagnosed with a myriad of secondary conditions (IBS, TMJ, Migraines, Costochondritis...
Symptom management is the hardest part of fibro, because it is hard to know when the symptoms of fibro end, and where a new illness might be begining. Also the no cure sends us for a loop, when all we want is for it to go away so we can enjoy life and be productive.
This is a list of things you...
Hello all. I'm a 40yro middle school math/science teacher in Southern California. I have a super-awesome hubby of 12+ years, and we have two sons--one 7 1/2, and one who'll be 4 in December. We have a veritable mini-zoo: two horses (one is a 36" tall mini), two cats, an aquarium featuring our...
Hello all. I'm a 40yro woman and was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease Hashimoto's thyroiditis back in August. However, now that my thyroid hormone numbers have been brought to normal levels, I'm still suffering from a progressively worsening collection of symptoms. I joke that it's like...

So my physician and rheumatologist are having some problems finding meds that work. I can not take any opiates (this happened after the fibro started as before i could and it worked for a leg injury i had years ago, and before the fibro for TMJ again without any problems) as they cause the pain...
Hi, I'm Peg and I was diagnosed several years ago. I also have diabetes related neuropathy, sleep apnea, psoriasis, and arthritis. I am a widow (lost my husband of 34 years last January to cancer) and I live with my 23 year old son who has high functioning autism. So you can imagine that my life...

I’m 40 years old and I feel like my life is over. Was that all I had to offer? (Not that that’s a bad thing.)
I have no where to go from here but down. This is soo heavy for me I have no choice but to put it all aside just so I can try and have a normal day. I don’t think it’s working...
