Good day to all the precious and beautiful people.
I am Yatte a mother of 2 of which the oldest is 3 years old. I do not have fibro myself, but my sister do, and I see her struggle every day to overcome all the hurdles this disease throws at you. I am also a qualified Radiographer.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for reading this. I was recently diagnosed with fibro. It began 3 months ago when I started getting traveling pains in my arms, legs, hands, feet, and shoulders. Sometimes my wrists or ankles would burn. I would get a stabbing pain in my finger or toe. The pain feels...
Hi,
Does anyone struggle with severe pain and stiffness in their throat?
I’ve had intense pain in throat area for more than 2 years. It’s a stiff cramping pain and it’s relentless! Is it spasticity gone amok?
I’m more than 4 years in, classified as UMN syndrome. Pain, spasticity, difficulty...
Hi,
I am new to this site but reading the posts has helped me feel like I am not alone.
My journey started in Aug 2009. I had generic symptoms, starting with swelling in my hands and fatigue. I have been to several specialists each time a "new" symptom would appear and every test would come...

Knowing the ravages of ALS, I would much rather be diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis any day (even though that DX is terrible but it is at least somewhat manageable compared to ALS). I had to go into the ER today with difficulty breathing and...

Hi there,
I really hope that there's someone who can help. I have to be honest and say that until yesterday I had never heard of PLS.
I'm afraid it a bit of a long winded story and I hope that you bear with me.
I am 47 and live in Australia. I have had so many tests during the past couple of...

What a nightmare you're going through. It's more than obvious that something major is going on. Are you eating and still losing weight or are you not eating? If you are eating--something isn't letting you absorb nutrients. With my daughter, her issue was her intestines--she absorbed nothing...

Muscle twitches alone don't suggest an issue--weakness and atrophy do. It won't cause joint pain, either. It also doesn't cause pupils to be different.
There are a host of problems that can cause your symptoms. My first stop would be to the GP for a work-up--blood, etc. Next, I'd ask about...
