Hi! I have been doing all natural with fiber- supplements, and major diet changes.. no gluten, little grains, no sugar, caffeine etc... It took a year, but finally was feeling amazing. My mind was clear, I had lots of energy, walking 20-30 miles a week, but then the holidays hit.... I hit a wall...
I use to be the first one to a party and the last to leave. Now I make excuses because no one understands fibro. After shopping last miniute, and family meal for Christmas, I feel like my brain wants to shut down. This is the weirdest thing. I'm feeling like sleeping so I don't have to engage...
Merry Christmas and hello. I wanted to see if anyone has muscle fatigue/ weakness/ and pain on primarily one side or the other? For me it's mainly my right leg and arm. My left arm does suffer too but mainly my right side. Does anyone else share have anything similar ?

It's difficult not being able to do all the things I used to do at Christmas. This year my Fibro is worse than last year at same time. I'm not able to go out and do fun things with my family. I'm encouraging them to go anyway but makes me feel depressed to stay at home. A bit of the "poor me's"...
Those who have read my previous thread contributions will know my fibro has spiralled this last year.
However hard i try walking has become impossible. I can bearable stand long enough to get to bathroom or get a drink.
From the waist down it feels so rigid like all joints muscles tendons...
How's everyone handling Christmas? I love lights decorations and the Christmas spirit
