I was diagnosed a week ago, but have had symptoms going back 30 years. My
rheumatologist didn't give me much guidance. I am already on Cymbalta, try to exercise daily, go for chiro and massages. I heard B12 injections can be helpful.
Anything else I can do.
Hello ! I am Marie and I joined the Forums just last night. I have been suffering from Fibromyalgia in silence for five years. People with whom I live do not understand and do not want to understand; they do not know and do not want to know. When they complain of me if I say to them that I have...
HI GUYS!
I have had Rib Pain on 2 seperate occasions.
Both times I was straining. I heard a pop, and then the pain.-Problem is I was only doing light work around the house. Both injuries were back to back.Just when I was getting things done :(.
After my initial newby thread I was diagnosed in November which seemed too easy after all the things I had read. I ended up getting a second opinion from rhumy. I filled out the standard fibro pain form, however he doesn't like the term Fibromyalgia because it was a trash can term by so many...

It feels so great to have a long run of energy that I almost forget I'm sick. Until either the pain or crippling fatigue catches up to me. I can deal with the...

I’m having a flare in my left side upper back/neck. It’s like a burning pain and I can’t get comfortable. I didn’t sleep at all last night. I feel panicky and hopeless and i don’t know how to resolve it.
I’ve used dry heat and moist heat. I’ve taken Valium and tramadol (not at the same time)...

Okay so today is not a good day as the title suggests
I’m feeling really down & a bit defeated. I was at a physio class yesterday to try & build up the muscles in my legs & help with the osteoarthritis, only thing is my fibro body is not really on board! I got a turbo trainer for my bike...
I remember laying in bed with severe leg and foot pain as early as 8 years old. My Mother would tell me ' It's just growing pain'. When I became an adult, was no longer growing, and still had the pain, it was obvious that the pain I was experiencing was not 'just growing pain' but something much...
