I need this today, yesterday was a really good day, i had 1 2mg diazepam the whole day which at the moment is a f###ing miracle. AND im praising myself right now cus i was having a good day and DIDNT go and overdo it i slept from like 19:00 till 01:30. And today is just kicking me in the teeth so today i need this please share any goodies, i need a laugh.

I wouldn't even manage with a strained smile like this on my face...
And as to just sitting on a ball to blow it up to unbloat... - those days are thankfully long gone.
But I spose my short regular twist-stretching exercises look as if I'm contorting all day.

Sounds like desperation, loneliness and a dangerous sort of courage.... with deliberately absolutely no consideration as to outcome... daring to the max.

If it was my dog and it didn’t adversely impact his life, he’d have a Mohawk forever just cuz of the sheer joy he’d bring to the world
