What do you do when your own family physician does NOT validate or recognize

Im desperately seeking help. I was diagnosed about 25 years ago with fibromyalgia by a doctor in Sundre and she was very good at helping me, them we moved and by the time we got back to the area she was gone. I have tried several physician  since and they ae nice but ignore me mostly or tell me to exercise which is fine and does help as long as I dont over do it then im unable to move for a few days. At this point in my life (66) most of the pain is in my hips and legs and sleeping has become very difficult, I would just like someone who understands the disease to give me a check up so that I know what I have to do to help myself. Thank you for any consideration.
