Good Afternoon Dr. McCarthy,  My name is Olga Ramirez.  I was being treated at Kissimmee office - Dr. Beandaly Rheumatologist for over 3 years.  I am an elementary school teacher who works for Osceola School District.  This year our school district changed our Cigna Policy.  When I went to my appt. with Dr. Beandaly ...I was surprised to find out that his office no longer accepts the "new" cigna coverage.  I have RA very bad and Lupus (dormant) I searched and searched and found your office to accept this particular Cigna Coverage... I called your office a couple of months ago and was told.... Dr. McCarthy will not see you until he gets papers from your previous doctor.  I went to Dr. Beandaly's office and gave them your Fax number  863 298 3351 and they forwarded all my records to your office.  I have not heard anything as of today.  My medicine is wearing down:  I am on Leflunomide 20 mg. and Hydroxychloriquine 200 mg.  Please note that I have cigna  id U03822600 01 and I have a secondary coverage -GHI  under my husband which is a much better coverage.   
Please Please can you get in touch with me.  I 've tried and your number has LONG recordings with no one picking up.  I've waited over 15 minutes with no one picking up.
