I am contacting you about Dr. Istfan to inform you that his office rejected me me as a patient based on the fact that they do not, according to them, deal with fibromyalgia. I, of course, chose him because he supposedly does deal with the disorder and even states it on his website. I see here that you also consider him a doctor that deals with fibromyalgia but you might want to reconsider this. Furthermore, I have arthritis and he still chose not to take me on and he's a rheumatologist. And lastly, his office did not have the decency to call me and inform me they were not taking me on as a patient. This was a six month long ordeal while I suffered not only with fibromyalgia but also with arthritis which is a degenerative disease! I had to call myself to find out they had rejected me as a patient. I just felt it was important to let you know of my experience with his office as I am desperately searching for someone in my area to help me and his office really let me down.

Thank you, for your time and my journey continues. Any advice for someone who lives in the Beckley, WV area would be appreciated.

I'm looking for a doctor, a support group, a friend, anybody who understands the struggle. Thank you.
