I am trying to make a appointment  for my daughter, She is 49 years old and has medicade ins. Her personal doctor has diagnosed her With Fibromyalgia , We can get a referral from her present doctor in reno.

I am  on  Medicaid , I am 49 years old, I have been in pain for all mylife , My primary Doctor has told me I have Fibromiagia but I have not been able to see me. I only want to have a confirmation that what I have is Fibromyalgia,I have my medical records for the last 10 years or more. I have all the symtomns , and I am on prescriptons that  I am told are used on fibromyalgia , I know you only accept  a limited number of medicaid patients so I would like to make a appointment when you have a spon on the list. I can have my primary doctor send a referal as soon as you would like.
