Jose Chavez

Jose Chavez received his Doctor of Osteopathy from the Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. His accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine was completed at Eastern Virginia Medical School following his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

He utilizes his Osteopathic background and training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation towards the goal of restoring function to his patients employing treatment therapies including pharmacological pain management, epidural steroid injections, sympathetic nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, selective nerve root, facet injections and radio frequency ablation, trigger point injections and peripheral joint injections.

Dr. Chavez enjoys playing and watching sports, undertaking DIY home improvement projects and cooking, when he is not in theclinic or spending time with his family.
