Hi! I have had this for most of my life, but, it did get worse after a car accident in 1999, having been hit by a car when I was six years old in 1967. I am now 55, am trying to understand what kind of relief I can get for my pain which is, as you know, continuous due to connective tissue damage. I got to read your article in Pain-Free Living magazine, and I could see you are spot-on as far as what symptoms I suffer as though you were walking around in the body of a fibromyalgia patient. We have one rheumatologist in this area a Dr. Marc I. Storch. I feel he is working on ruling things out, but he did my bloodwork which was sent to California, and he did mention that they see connective tissue disease. In the meantime, he has sent me to get my eyes checked by ophthalmologist and I do not get to see him until the end of May. Can you recommend if he is a good practitioner or should anything else be done? Thanks. p.
